Q: How long does delivery take?

A: Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days across India. Express shipping (2–3 business days) is available at checkout for select pin codes. You'll receive a tracking link once your order is dispatched.

RETURNS

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We do not offer direct returns, refunds, or exchanges on delivered orders. However, if you're not satisfied, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery and receive Reward Points as store credit for future purchases, subject to product quality and eligibility conditions.

GARMENT CARE

Q: How do I care for my garment?

A: Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle. Do not bleach or tumble dry. Iron on low heat if needed, and avoid ironing directly on any printed areas.
